We are Ann and Jerry Winans -- co-owners of Cruise Planners - SmartTravel.Agency, located in Muncie. We also have an Associate, Jean Gaha, located in Lebanon, IN. We love to travel as much as you do! Jerry is a retired USAF officer and former BSU HR manager.  Ann is a former teacher and database analyst at Taylor University. Jean is an Associate Travel Advisor and active in her community.
